Processing Methods
The personal data are processed and conserved for the strictly necessary period in order to reach the purposes of the collection. The processing is performed by the personnel in charge of the Law Firm Pulitanò Zanchetti, properly identified, instructed and formally in charge and eventually by the collaborators. In addition, the personal data can be processed by third parties, external service providers (for example for technical assistance), that will operate on behalf of the Law Firm Pulitanò Zanchetti, properly appointed as Responsible of the process, who will treat the data in compliance with the purpose of the collection.
Users access rights
The user is entitled to exercise the right provided for by article 12 et seq. of Reg. EU 2016/679 and he can revoke his consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing before revocation. Finally, the user has the right to contest the processing of his personal data.
